- Shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and you will select your preferred method.
- Orders over $150 will automatically qualify for free shipping
- Our team will process orders as we receive them and send them out within 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information.
- If your order has not arrived or an item is missing from your order, check your tracking info and be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
- We currently only offer shipping within the United States so any international orders will be declined.
- We do not accept returns at this time. If you have a defective item, call us at 215-862-6100.
- If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- If you have an issue with billing, please compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.
- If you have received an account credit, please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
